whshoops is an independent reseller of professionally refurbished printers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer of HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Lexmark, Xerox, or any other original equipment manufacturer (OEM). All third-party brand names, model designations, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for product identification purposes.
All printers sold on whshoops are pre-owned units that have been professionally inspected, cleaned, repaired with replacement wear parts (such as rollers, fuser sleeves, or maintenance boxes where applicable), and bench-tested prior to shipment. Because these units are refurbished rather than factory-new:
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors or cancel orders where stock is unavailable, issuing an immediate 100% refund if payment has already been captured.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Jersey and federal law, whshoops's total liability for any claim arising out of a hardware purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. In no event shall whshoops be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business interruption damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
