Every printer ordered from whshoops undergoes a final pre-shipment print test and foam-in-place packaging check at our warehouse located at 1260 St Georges Ave, Avenel, NJ 07001. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Because commercial laser and multifunction printers are heavy, oversized parcels shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, we require a physical street address for delivery and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. For quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, please call us at 888-982-1200 prior to ordering.
Refurbished printers are shipped in heavy-duty double-walled corrugated boxes with custom-molded high-density foam or Instapak suspension cushioning. Scanner locks and orange carriage restraints are applied where applicable to ensure safe arrival.
As soon as your order leaves our Avenel dock, you will receive an automated email containing your UPS or FedEx tracking number. Every shipment is 100% insured against carrier transit damage. If your package arrives with visible exterior or internal damage, please notify us within 5 business days at contact@whshoops.com or 888-982-1200 so we can arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at zero cost to you.
