Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

At whshoops, we stand behind every refurbished printer we ship. You may return any item purchased from whshoops within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund or replacement.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition Requirements

• Items must be returned in the same physical condition as received, including all accessories, power cords, paper trays, and toner/ink cartridges supplied with the unit.
• Please retain the heavy-duty protective shipping box and foam inserts for safe return transit.
• No Restocking Fees on Defective or Damaged Units: If your printer arrives damaged in transit or experiences a hardware defect, whshoops provides a prepaid return shipping label and issues a 100% full refund or immediate replacement with zero restocking fees.
• Buyer's Remorse / Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning a properly functioning unit simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and a $0 restocking fee applies as long as the unit is returned complete and undamaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

1. Contact our Customer Support team by calling 888-982-1200 or emailing contact@whshoops.com with your Order Reference Number and printer serial number.
2. Our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day.
3. Ship the securely packaged printer to our Avenel return facility:

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned printer is received and inspected at our Avenel, NJ warehouse, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit or debit card). Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the credit to post to your statement.

5. 90-Day Hardware Warranty Claims (Days 31–90)

In addition to our 30-day return policy, every printer is covered by our 90-Day whshoops Hardware Warranty. If a covered mechanical or electronic malfunction occurs between day 31 and day 90 after delivery, whshoops will repair the unit or ship an equivalent refurbished replacement unit at no cost to you.
